Menace 2 Sobriety

Yes. You read that title right. That is the name of the kickball team I am currently on. If you haven't noticed already, it's from the movie Menace 2 Society. But considering this kickball league is anything but sober, we thought it was a clever name. 

Well, yesterday we had our second game, and we actually won. 6-3. We got all of our runs in the top of the first, and yours truly went 2-2. Some of our ladies on the team need some work, but I just like to go out there, hang with some new friends, and drink some ice cold beer. 

Then the after game party starts. EVERY team goes to Kezar Pub to play mad amounts of flip cup. And man, are these teams competitive! I've never seen so many people get subbed out because they flipped the cup within 3 tries! I'm happy with myself if I get the cup flipped 3. But I never get subbed because I rule. 

Included is a picture of the last out of last night's game, and yes, that's me standing at first waiting for the delivery of the big red ball.

AFM Open Twins Race @ Infineon Raceway

This was one of many races that I've been to this year, which has had the same successful outcome: putting the #315 Strongmail Desmoto Racing Ducati 749 RS on the box. It was  a quick race, but an effective one. The team got the job done and is one race away from sealing the championship for the 2009 season!
